_MAKE THE FAB/ISP [ IN-CIRCUIT PROGRAMMER ]

For this assigment, the first step for me was to undestand 3 areas:
1.-The process of fabrication: some how with my experience the fabrication was simple, but this wasn´t that simple, learn the tooling for milling and the dimensions of the pieces was the challenge
2.-The componensts of the board: in this step was the most confuse, this because my no idea of what is what, also with the team here and the soon arriving components make harder the first experience with thois subject
3.-The proporse of it: the part of programming is still one of the lack of knowlegde area, but still learning.
This 3 steps for the making was vital specially because i don´t have any experience with electronic is is part of the huge goal of the course
- DESCRITION AND PHOTOS OF THE PROCESS
STEP1-The first step for me was to prepare to solding , the knowlegde of the tool and the proporse of each one and the practice , that for this as you see we use copper boards that we drop ob the practicing of the milling step.
STEP2- start to know how to make a BOM of components and the easy way to arrage them with the image of the board to make.
STEP3- During the arrage of the BOM, the next step was to start to learn abut them in the data sheet about measures and orientation of the copmponents, to start the scale the baord images and the drawing of them to start the milling step.
STEP4- In the milling we use a Roland Monofab with a 1/64 and 1/32 (cut) tooling. the order to mill with the machine is calibrate the x-y-z , import the Ilustrate file to iModela software, stablish the cutting parameters of deep and speed move and the engraving-cut funtion.
STEP5-The next step is joint the components starting with the smallers and center to borders order. After finist to solding is good to check if ther is no connection between vias.
STEP6- My final first PCB board was this one.

as part of the learning in the first part of the course, we where wait for the components, but during the wait we start to figured out what to do and start with substituds and with the lack of knowlegde of what is what, we make a lot of mistakes and no one works.
